With stringed instrument performances ranging from classical string arrangements and romantic music, to jazz style strings and rock sounds, Lushous Strings have played throughout Australia and internationally.
Formed in 2005 by a collaboration of professional string instrument musicians from around Sydney, we have expanded nationwide and our Lushous Strings musicians are available for performances and events in Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide.
All the musicians that perform with Lushous Strings have trained with the acclaimed Music Conservatoriums across Australia.
A past recipient of the Music Oz Classic Award our string performers have not only performed with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, Australian Opera and Ballet Orchestra, Musica Viva, Melboure Symphony Orchestra, Adelaide Symphony Orchestra, Queensland Symphony Orchestra ; but also for in the string sections for musicals such as Phantom of the Opera; and as string accompanists with Missy Higgins, Angus and Julia Stone, Jimmy Barnes, Johnny Diesel, Shirley Bassey, Kayne West, Robin Gibb, Paul Mac and Barry White to name a few.
